Who is Chase?

My name is Chase Davis and I started Middle House because I fell in love with telling stories through film. Since 2019 I've had the privilege of showing up for couples on the biggest day of their lives and creating something they'll carry with them forever. I'm married to my wife Amanda and we have two boys, Oliver and Liam, who remind me every single day why love is worth celebrating. The more weddings I film the more I realize this is exactly what I'm supposed to be doing.

All Day Coverage.

Whether your day is 4 hours or 12 I'm there for all of it. Getting ready, first looks, the ceremony, sunset portraits, and everything that happens in between. No stressing over which coverage option makes sense. You get me the whole day, plain and simple.

Your Film.

Every Middle House couple gets a cinematic 5 to 7 minute wedding film that tells your actual story. Not a 60 second reel, not a slideshow. A real film built from your real moments, raw, cinematic, and completely yours.

Full Timeline & Day of Planning.

Not sure how to structure your day or where to start? I'll help you figure it out. I've done this enough times to know how to make a day flow and I genuinely love being part of the planning process. Your day is in good hands.

No Travel Fees Within the USA.

Kansas City to the California coast, the mountains of Colorado, the beaches of Florida, or anywhere in between. If that's where your wedding is happening I'll be there and travel is already covered. Destination weddings outside of the US are absolutely possible, just reach out and we'll work out the details together.

All USA Weddings & Elopements Start at $4,800.

One starting price, no surprises. And here's the best part — I film everything on your wedding day regardless of what package you choose. That means if you decide later that you want your raw footage, your ceremony film, or your speeches, you can add those on after the fact. You will never miss out on a moment.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • My collections already include basic travel to your wedding or elopement inside the USA! Flights, stays, 2WD car rentals, food, etc.

    I only charge extra for overseas travel or unique situations (think: hot air balloons, helicopters, 4WD rentals, all-inclusive resort stays, expensive meals, etc.)

  • Yes! I love both and am happy to serve you whether it's just us 3 or you have 300 guests!

  • Rain, cold, heat, wind, etc. are all normal part of Elopements and are unavoidable. One of my favorite elopements was on a beach in Puerto Rico and it was pouring rain!

    BUT if it's so bad that you can't bear it, we pivot! Every elopement I help you plan has backup options for crazy situations like this! Don't worry, I got you covered.

  • That's okay! Get in touch and I will help you plan that!

  • Yes, you can pay in full or choose between several payment plan options as long as your balance is paid in full 30 days before your elopement.

  • While I will give you activity ideas, this is YOUR wedding day, so the answer is whatever the heck you want!

    I want you two to do everything that brings you the most happiness together, and I'll capture it as it happens!

  • There's no real boundary that separates the two, however I consider less than 20 people (including you two) an elopement or micro-wedding! More than that I will qualify as a full wedding.

    Also If you're having an elopement it doesn't just have to be us! Invite any friends and family you want to be there!

  • For outside locations, I will go anywhere that you want to go and that we can go legally and morally!

    For small elopement venues, I only work at locations that are inclusive to all types of people, love, races, and religions because that is what I stand for. ALL love is welcome here.

  • For video delivery because of how long the editing process can take I usually deliver most of my wedding films within 4-6 months, 7 days after the wedding you can expect a teaser and all of the raw footage (if you purchased that add on)

  • Every place is different, I will help you get permitted based on where and when you want to get married! Don't worry, it's not hard!
